Cell phone that accepts an external antenna

We travel full time and mounted this Cell Phone Antenna  from Wilson Electronics  on our roof handrail.  Our cellphone has a plug in for an external adapter.  It really does a great job in marginal signal areas. I would not prefer a cellphone that does not have the ability to add an external antenna.

It is important for you to check coverage. All the carriers have coverage maps on their websites. Full timer is not the issue. Where you will travel to and want coverage, is. Most if not all of the carriers offer a form of national plan with no roaming and no long distance charges. I  migrated from ATT to Cingular and back to AT &T.
